Humanity is at a crossroads. The question is, do we live out the same-old, survival driven life like our ancestors? Or, do we find a way to become more conscious of being alive, and relate to life from a sense of communion?
If we are to survive as a species, we have to begin to take individual responsibility for moving from a mentally driven life, to a consciously experienced life. And that work can no longer be put off, can no longer be a nice dream of someday.
The change from survival to communion is not a matter of belief or ideals. If it was only about ideals, then we could all think our way into a felt-sense of communion, of connection. However, ideology does not change lives, it only creates mental identification.
Communion arrives through an individual process of awareness at a fundamental level, in the being itself. We cannot discover communion with others, that felt-sense of spirit connectedness, unless we have found communion within ourselves first. Until we connect with passenger consciousness within, we are simply living out the body/mind construct. Once we find our inner sense of communion, our felt-sense of self, then we truly discover our potential for communion with others.
In order to discover our inner sense of communion, the work is to recognize our true state of being as the passenger. We live in the construct of both form and personality, body and mind, what we call the vehicle. And yet, our true self is not the vehicle, but rather our passenger consciousness.
Ra used to say, ‘Variable is to awareness; what Type is to Form’. By experimentation and self-observation of our individual variables, we begin to discover the unique awareness of our body and personality. As we become present to the life of our vehicle, we begin to recognize that which is constantly in communion with all of life, we learn to recognize our passenger consciousness.
The frequency of the form can be stabilized, the mind cannot. Through the variables, the form frequency can be recognized and gradually can become fixed to its correct trajectory. Strategy and Authority give the potential for form navigation – but it is the PHS Determination, that imbues the Inner Authority with our unique Design Crystal intelligence, our design consciousness.
The mind is fundamentally unstable – this is what allows it to measure between this and that, the basis of cognition. Through the Perspective and Motivation Variables, we begin to recognize the unique combination of this and that, which is the basis of our mind’s mechanics. Learning to observe the mind in action, rather than being lost in identification with the mind, is the basis of personality awareness. Over time, the mind begins to operate correctly, and the true work of Outer Authority begins, as an expression of our wisdom.
If we do not have the frequency of the form stabilized, no matter how much we want our unique life, we will not realize passenger consciousness, we are not capable of conscious inner or outer communion.
Passenger consciousness is the capacity to simultaneously witness the consciousness of the form and personality – and to not be identified with either. The discipline that develops is to sit back in the holistic vehicle of body and mind, and be present to the life that the body is living; while at the same time being aware of the mind observing the life. The passenger sits in the middle and knows. Through the radical process of transformation through your variables, you will meet your passenger, and discover your sense of communion.
